There are many ways to add references to EndNote. Below are the instructions for the most popular methods at WSLHD.
You can create a reference in EndNote manually e.g. for websites.
1. Select References on the top tool bar then select New Reference
2. Using the drop down select the Reference Type, fill in all the required fields, then select the x to close your reference. Make sure you dont select the larger X which will close down EndNote.
3. All fields must be entered correctly. For example author names and organisation names should be entered in full where possible but may be abbreviated. Organisation names must have a comma at the end. If you need a comma in the name you must enter it twice. Examples are below. Press enter to add a new author.
