In exchange for access to the EndNote software provided through WSLHD Libraries and Digital Health Solutions you agree to the following:

• Neither you nor WSLHD own the software or any copies thereof which are being provided to you
• That any commercial or profit making use of the software is strictly prohibited
• You will not make any copies of the software for distribution to others
• You will not reverse engineer or decompile the software
• You will not install the software on any machine not leased or owned by WSLHD, unless otherwise authorised 
• You will cease to have access if you leave the employment of WSLHD and/or the licence is not renewed by WSLHD

If you violate the terms of this agreement, WSLHD has the right to take disciplinary action against you and the software provider has the right to take legal action against you.
