Chat with a librarian
Our Chat with a Librarian is a messaging service available during business hours Monday - Friday 8.30-4.30. This service allows you to ask questions and talk to library staff in 'real time'. Just click on the slide out 'Ask a Librarian' tab on the right hand side of your screen or where ever you see a chat button to start chatting now. This service is an extension of our Ask a Librarian Frequently Asked Questions database. When our libraries are closed, so is our live chat but you can search this database and/or Submit a Question 24/7.
