Share screen

  • To use the desktop computer to present, on the touch panel click Share then Share in call. If you cannot see the screen being shared press HDMI2 on the remote control. A cable labelled 'VC content' should be plugged into the desktop computer with a HDMI to USB connecting cable. This cable needs to be plugged into the back of the computer hard drive and not the screen. 

  • To stop sharing, on the touch panel click Share then Stop sharing.

  • If participants cannot see your screen share restart sharing. Click Stop sharing then click Share in call.

  • To use a wireless device such as a laptop to present, press HDMI1 on the remote control. Then on your wireless device connect to MSDisplayAdapter_25.

  • Click on the Notification icon on the bottom right of the screen

Current screen display not being shared

If you find the screen being displayed is not the current screen on your computer ensure you are not extending the displays. 

Instructions on how to edit the display settings for multiple monitors can be found on the Microsoft website here. In the Multiple Displays drop down ensure that Duplicate these displays is selected.
