Systematic Review

A guide on how to conduct systematic reviews in the health sciences.

Systematic Review Accelerator

The SRA is purpose built to speed up multiple steps in the Systematic Review (SR) process. It is freely available for anyone in the world to use. Our current tools:

  1. Word Frequency Analyser - helps determine which words you should use to construct and refine a search strategy
  2. Polyglot – Translates search strategies across databases
  3. Deduplicator - Eliminates duplicate articles for faster screening
  4. SRA-Helper – Assist citation screening in Endnote using hot-key scripts. Assists with finding full-text articles in PubMed and GoogleScholar.
  5. RevMan Replicant (Login required) - Automatically generates text for the ‘Results’ section of your meta-analysis from a RevMan file.
  6. SearchRefiner - A tool that graphically displays the performance of individual words in a search. This allows the removal of poor performing words to help create highly precise searches.
  7. Disputatron - A tool that detects screening disagreements and decisions (include or exclude) between reviewers. This makes resolving those disagreements easier and much faster.
