LIBRARY INFORMATION

In response to COVID-19, our libraries at Blacktown and Mount Druitt Hospitals are still available to help you. We continue to offer all of our high quality services but now we are extending our support to help you to work remotely, via our Virtual Library Help Desk.

Access our resources

Access to library eResources are available from home via our Ovid Discovery Library Portal (https://wslblacktownmd.ovidds.com) and from CIAP (https://www.ciap.health.nsw.gov.au/).  You have to be registered for these resources from home. See our Orientation Guide for further information or contact us to help set you up.

All loans

All books loans have been extended until June 2020. If you want to return your books earlier, you can put them in the after-hours chute outside the door at the Peter Zelas Library or the chute in the corridor adjacent to Mount Druitt Hospital Library.

Extensive online support

We can communicate with you via Skype for Business, Zoom and other virtual options to guide you to our resources and conduct training.
